Join us for a gentle guided yoga flow & live sound healing session infused with plants. Catch the sunset and heal in community. :) Join us on Sunday, September 20th 6-8:30pm at New Brooklyn Farms for a gentle guided yoga flow by @earth.being.alchemy & live sound healing infused with Plant Wave technology by @holyhumanhousedc, creating a unique opportunity to slow down, ground, and restore in nature. Whether you're new to these practices or returning to deepen your journey, all are welcome. *Yoga Flow begins around 6:30pm, once majority of attendees have arrived. We'll begin with breathwork and intention setting to ground this experience, then journey into a 30-45 minute yoga practice (accessible for all levels) and explore expansive postures that open and energize mind/body/spirit. We'll close the practice with a sound-healing meditation to release, recalibrate, and attune to the Earth, and end with brief reflective journaling and optional sharing. The experience includes: • Intention setting & breathwork • Gentle guided yoga flow • Live sound healing with plant wave technology • Guided journaling • Light community vending (stay tuned for vendors!)
