Holiday Reset Sound Bath

Join me for a soothing sound bath after the hustle and bustle of this Thanksgiving season. Thanksgiving has come and gone and before we get swept up in the Christmas Spirit, let's take a moment to slow down. I chose The Haven for this experience because it is exactly that: a little haven away from the noise of everyday life. From the moment you walk through the door, the calming colors and soothing sounds of the water fountain invite you to exhale, settle in, and leave some of that outside stress behind. I'll move around the room playing drums and chimes over the body before bringing everyone into deeper relaxation with the sounds and vibrations of my crystal singing bowls. And the best part? This space truly is for everyone! If getting down on the floor isn't comfortable for you, The Haven has a couch available so you can relax and enjoy the experience without having to get down on a mat. Take some time this holiday season to reconnect with yourself. Release what you've been holding, make room for what you want to welcome, and give yourself permission to simply be. You deserve a moment of stillness.
