Pilates + Prosecco 🥂 Join En Good Company for Pilates + Prosecco—a morning of movement, celebration, and connection in Baton Rouge, LA! We'll kick things off with a 40-minute, beginner-friendly Pilates class designed to get your body moving and your energy flowing. All fitness levels are welcome! After class, stick around for our post-Pilates social! Enjoy light refreshments, connect with other guests, and take a moment to reflect on the things, big or small, worth celebrating. We'll also have an interactive gratitude wall where you can share what you're thankful for and toast to yourself!
