Join the sound practitioners and ambient musicians of hOm for a beautiful sound bath experience. hOm Sound Baths is bringing their immersive, musical sound bath experience to The Windamere for a night of deep relaxation, restoration, and calm. What is a sound bath? A sound bath is an easy, full-body listening experience where attendees lie on a yoga mat (or something similar) with their eyes closed while a practitioner/musician plays gentle sounds including singing bowls, piano, ocean sounds, rain sounds, and more. The hOm Sound Bath experience is one that includes a full sound journey, with six different sound sections, multiple instruments, and fully-immersive nature soundscapes. It is one of the most popular sound bath series in the country and it's coming to you! What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat (or something of similar size to lie on), a blanket, and a pillow.
