80's Rebounding Pop-Up Event

Your workout just got an 80s makeover. Big hair, 80's music, rebounders (trampolines), lots of laughs and lots of health benefits! Big hair. 80's music. Zero boring workouts. Massive Health Benefits. Velvet Lift is throwing it back with an 80’s Rebounding Pop-Up — a high-energy, feel-good workout set entirely to the music that made the decade iconic. Expect 40–45 minutes of rebounding, simple-to-follow moves, great music, plenty of laughs, and absolutely no pressure to be perfect. No rebounding experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome, and you can always modify the workout to your own pace. Your rebounder will be provided — just bring sneakers (low profile sneakers. Think tennis/cross trainers) , water, and your best 80’s energy. And yes, 80’s attire is highly encouraged. 😉 Come for the workout. Stay for the music, the energy, and the reminder that exercise doesn't have to feel like punishment. Good music. Sweaty vibes. Major 80’s energy.
