If the tickets were all purchased together, they will automatically be assigned to the same group. You can either email us at [email protected] or call 732-775-7676. If you're coming alone, don't worry. Lots of people do! We've got you. We'll put you together with a group of other awesome people. You'll definitely make some new friends! Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? All participants of the tour must be at least 21years old and provide ID. How can I contact the organizer with any questions? Email any inquiries to [email protected]. Is this event rain or shine? Yes. It's just a short, fun walk between restaurants. Are tickets refundable? Tickets are not refundable or transferable. If you find that you are unable to attend after purchasing your tickets, please contact us at 732-775-7676 up to three days prior to event day. Wine Tour often sells out and we do maintain a waiting list. We'll do our best to replace your sale with one of the people on the list. If we have a replacement guest, we will refund your purchase price, minus Eventbrite's fees. Our office is customarily open on weekdays from 9am - 4pm. Anything else? Yes, and thanks for asking! Please add our email address: [email protected] to your "safe sender" list. We will send out reminders and updates from that address. Often our host restaurants like to send a thank you to our guests. If that's not cool with you, just let us know and we absolutely will not give out your email address. The Chamber's privacy policy is simple. We do not sell anyone's info, period. *IMPORTANT NOTE - Please be aware of social media scammers and bots claiming they have tickets for resale.
