Enticing Local Birds

How to Make Your Yard Bird Friendly Many people enjoy attracting birds to their yards. Unfortunately, some of the well-intentioned actions we take to help our feathered friends can unintentionally create challenges for them. This 90-minute presentation is a continuation of our Local Birds program from September 22. Building on the topics covered in that session, we will explore our local bird species in greater detail, including where they spend their nights, their preferred food sources, which species migrate to our area during the winter, and other fascinating aspects of their behavior and ecology. Maximum number of people is 25. Remember to cancel if you are unable to attend.
