Join us for a fun, sweat-filled session where every rep counts toward supporting the American Cancer Society. Bring your friends, enjoy the fresh air, and help make a difference. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to get fit and give back! One of our long-time coaches, Delaney, is running the Chicago Marathon this October in honor of her sister, Breege, who died of angiosarcoma in March 2025. She's running for Breege, and for everyone whose body won't allow them to. We get to move. So we're going to move for those who can't. Every dollar raised goes toward cancer research, patient programs and better treatments for people fighting rare cancers. All levels welcome. Bring a mat, bring a water bottle, bring a friend, and come sweat for a good cause.
