The featured vehicle for the evening will be “The Busta,” a 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX owned by Jersey Shore creator and car enthusiast Ted Kucharski (@bustamedia / @teddyosofastaf). Come ready to shoot, experiment with lighting, test different gear, and connect with fellow photographers and creators. 🚗 MEET “THE BUSTA” 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX Owner: Ted Kucharski Instagram: @bustamedia | @teddyosofastaf Known as “The Busta,” Ted’s 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX pays homage to the iconic ’90s tuner-car culture that helped make the Mitsubishi Eclipse a staple of the The Fast and the Furious era. The name itself is a nod to the original The Fast and the Furious, where Paul Walker’s character, Brian O’Conner, was famously referred to as “Buster.” Ted’s Eclipse carries its own spin on that connection with the name “The Busta.” The car will be the centerpiece of our live automotive photography experience, giving attendees the opportunity to photograph this second-generation Eclipse while experimenting with professional camera, lens, and lighting setups. 📸 EVENT EXPERIENCE 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Gear, Networking & Exploration Kick off the evening by meeting the Canon and Westcott specialists, exploring the latest equipment, asking questions, and connecting with fellow photographers and creators. Canon gear will be available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis, giving attendees the opportunity to shoot the event with Canon equipment. Availability will be limited, so arrive early if you are interested in renting Canon gear. Canon and Westcott representatives will also be available throughout the event to answer questions and talk through gear, lighting, and shooting techniques. 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Live Automotive Photoshoot It’s time to put the gear to work. We’ll bring “The Busta” — Ted’s 1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX — into the spotlight for a guided automotive photography experience. Attendees will have the opportunity to experiment with: • Canon cameras and lenses • Westcott lighting • Different lighting setups and techniques • Automotive composition and angles • Capturing reflective surfaces and vehicle details • Creative approaches to photographing a hero car Whether you’re an experienced automotive photographer, a content creator, a photography enthusiast, or simply a fan of cars, this is your opportunity to get hands-on and create. 📷 CANON GEAR AVAILABLE FOR RENTAL Want to shoot the event with Canon? Canon gear will be available for rental on a first-come, first-served basis. Rental inventory will be limited and subject to availability on the day of the event.
