Join us for a mindful hour on the Long Branch Boardwalk. A guided meditation, social sharing, and sweet treats and drinks from Olive & Oak. What to Bring: Come dressed comfortably and ready to relax and reset! Please bring a beach towel or yoga mat for the guided meditation and a water bottle if needed. Meeting Point: We’ll meet at the start of the Long Branch boardwalk and head down to the beach at 6pm. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can get settled and start together!
