Sound Healing for the Soul | Sound Bath Meditation

Your nervous system works hard for you every single day. This is an hour to give it something back! Join us for an evening of Sound Healing at the Jersey Shore Arts Center — a gentle, guided space to let your nervous system exhale. Sound has long been used to support the body's natural relaxation response. As layered tones from singing bowls and other instruments wash over you, your body has room to settle out of fight-or-flight and into rest... no effort required on your part beyond lying down and breathing. This is a passive practice: no experience needed, nothing to "do" right. Just arrive, get comfortable, and let the sound do the work. 📍 Jersey Shore Arts Center, 66 South Main Street, Ocean Grove, NJ 🕠 5:30 – 6:30 PM 💵 $15 per person Every attendee leaves with a goodie bag to take a little of that calm home with them. Bring a mat, blanket, or anything that helps you lie down comfortably — a few cushions will be on-site, but bring your own to ensure you have one.
