Grab your board, gather your coven & meet us on the water for a wicked good day of paddling, community and Halloween fun in Oceanport! Something wicked is coming to the water. 🌙 The Salty Sol invites you to the 1st Annual Witches’ Wharf Paddle Festival — a community Halloween paddle bringing together witches, water lovers and our local community for a little paddle, party & give back. Grab your paddleboard or kayak, dust off your witch hat and meet us at The Wharf in Oceanport, NJ for a costumed group paddle followed by an afternoon at the Wharf. No race. No competition. No pressure. Just a bunch of witches, wizards and warlocks on the water having a wicked good time. 🧙‍♀️🌊 Come for the paddle. Stay for the food, music, cocktails and community. Paddle with the witches. Support our community. Have a wicked good time. 🧹 THE PADDLE This is a BYOB — Bring Your Own Board + paddle. Bring your own paddleboard or kayak, paddle, and properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved PFD/Lifejacket. And yes... costumes are highly encouraged. Witch hats, capes, striped socks, wigs, masks, decorated boards — full magical energy. Go as simple or as wonderfully ridiculous as you'd like. Just make sure your costume or decorations don't interfere with your ability to paddle safely. ✨ REGISTRATION Founding Coven — $25 until September 24 @ 11:11 am After our launch special, registration is $30 per paddler. Your registration reserves your spot in the inaugural Witches’ Wharf community paddle. 💙 PADDLE. PARTY. GIVE BACK. Witches’ Wharf was created around three very Salty Sol ideas: Water. Community. Doing some good while we're at it. A give-back component will be part of Witches’ Wharf, with additional details announced as we get closer to the event. ⚓ BEFORE YOU PADDLE Remember, you'll need to bring your own paddleboard or kayak, paddle, and properly fitted U.S. Coast Guard-approved PFD/Lifejacket. All participants must complete the Witches’ Wharf Participant Waiver & Release before entering the water. We'll send you the waiver and important day-of information after registration. No completed waiver = no paddle. 🌊 WEATHER + WATER CONDITIONS We're water people. We know Mother Nature gets the final say. Our scheduled rain date is Sunday, October 25, 2026. The paddle route, timing or water portion of the event may be adjusted if weather or water conditions require it. Registered paddlers will receive updates by email. 🎃 COME FOR THE PADDLE. STAY FOR THE WHARF. Once we're back on dry land, the fun doesn't have to end. The Wharf is our Official Venue Partner + After Party Host, so stick around for photo moments, food, cocktails, music and some post-paddle Halloween fun.
