WRAP® Seminar II: Facilitator Training is an interactive, experiential training designed for individuals who have completed WRAP® Seminar I and are ready to develop the skills needed to facilitate WRAP® Seminar I groups and workshops. Throughout this training, participants will deepen their understanding of WRAP values and ethics while building practical facilitation skills through discussion, activities, practice, and shared learning. Participants will explore how to create inclusive, voluntary, and empowering learning environments that honor each person's experience, voice, and right to self-determination. The training focuses on: • Applying WRAP® values and ethics in facilitation • Developing effective and engaging facilitation skills • Creating safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environments • Supporting participation while honoring choice and personal responsibility • Navigating common facilitation challenges • Practicing the skills needed to facilitate WRAP® Seminar I • Building confidence in sharing WRAP with others WRAP® Seminar II is highly interactive. Participants should be prepared to actively participate, collaborate with others, practice facilitation skills, and learn through both individual and group experiences. Prerequisite: Participants must have successfully completed WRAP® Seminar I prior to attending Seminar II. Upon successful completion of the training, participants will receive recognition as WRAP® Facilitators and will be prepared to facilitate WRAP® Seminar I in accordance with WRAP values, ethics, and established facilitation practices. Whether you hope to bring WRAP into your organization, community, peer support program, or other setting, Seminar II provides an opportunity to strengthen your facilitation skills and help others discover how WRAP can support a life of hope, choice, personal responsibility, and self-determination.
