You’ll evaluate your year, decide where to focus, and leave with a clear 90-day plan for your first quarter. You’ll work through a proven process: review what drove your results, set your priorities, and plan the actions, milestones, and support to make them happen. This is a working session, not a lecture, and you’ll complete your plan before you leave. WHAT YOU WILL GET: • Evaluate your 2026 results and the leadership decisions behind them • Assess yourself across seven leadership competencies • Decide what to start, stop, keep, strengthen, and release as you go into the new year. • Identify what to delegate and who on your team to develop • Use a priority filter to choose up to three strategic priorities, with one primary focus for Q1 • Build a 90-day action plan with measurable results, milestones, and a dated first step You’ll leave with: a completed strategic plan for your first 90 days, a workbook you can use all year, and an accountability partner to keep you on track.
