ASPIRE Fall Conference- OSU Cascades: Bend

Schedule: The ASPIRE Fall Conference will feature a quick introduction followed by breakout sessions then lunch. After lunch participants can attend more breakout sessions. We will have multiple options at each breakout session. A complete agenda will be available on our website in September. NOTE: In the event of a small turn out we hold the right to reduce the number of breakout sessions based on attendee preferences. Meals: Coffee and refreshments will be provided in the morning as well as lunch and a snack in the afternoon. We will not be able to reimburse any meals outside of the conference itself. Travel and Reimbursement: If you are requesting reimbursement, you are acknowledging that you are not receiving reimbursement from another entity. Mileage Reimbursement Non-State Employees: We can reimburse travel for attendees traveling 70 or more miles round trip. Mileage is calculated from your home address to OSU Cascades. Mileage Reimbursement State Employees: We will not be able to provide mileage reimbursement for state employees. Please follow your individual department guidelines for mileage reimbursement. Lodging: Requests for lodging reimbursement will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Payment The registration fee for the ASPIRE Fall Conference is $25, this money helps cover some of the expenses related to this event. We will only be accepting payment via credit card through the Eventbrite platform, we will not be accepting cash or check at the event.
