This in-person training satisfies your initial Marketplace or annual Marketplace training requirement. Marketplace Certification Training is one of the required training courses for community partners and assisters in Oregon. Marketplace Certification Training meets Marketplace training requirements for new assisters and assisters taking their annual training. Join us for an in-person training experience that will equip you with the tools and knowledge you need to feel empowered to help individuals who are not eligible or are no longer eligible for the Oregon Health Plan. Our expert trainers will cover everything from the basics of Marketplace coverage to how to complete an Oregon Explore Health application and post-enrollment navigation assistance. It is more important than ever that assisters have the information they need to help individuals impacted by Medicaid redeterminations know where to go and what to do if they no longer qualify for the Oregon Health Plan. This is a unique opportunity to learn from the best and network with other like-minded professionals and get to know the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace team! This training has 5 modules. Module 1 - In-person training (this training) Module 2 - Cultural Humility and Assisting Special Populations (on-demand in our training system Trakstar) Module 3 - Privacy and Security (on-demand in our training system Trakstar) Module 4 - Exam (You must score 80% or higher, on-demand in our training system Trakstar) Module 5 - Required survey (on-demand in our training system Trakstar) You will receive an email within 2 business days of this training prompting you to complete the remaining modules and exam in our online training system.
