Stress-Free Holidays: A Deep Rest & Soundbath Experience

Immersive experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, & come fully into the present moment before the holiday season begins. The holidays are meant to be enjoyed! Join us on December 4th for an immersive experience designed to help you slow down, release stress, and come fully into the present moment before the holiday season begins. In a world filled with constant stimulation, stress, and endless demands, the deepest desire we share is to feel truly at peace. Through deep rest, nervous system rest, and breathwork, you will be guided into a deeply relaxed state where you can let go of mental noise and reconnect with yourself. Enjoy the holidays in presence & peace. This session also includes: • Guided visualization and gentle somatic movement to release tension and settle the body. • Energy healing, light rhythmic drumming, and soulful vocal singing to help you reconnect with the stillness within. • A restorative sound bath to ground your energy. • Chocolate to conclude the experience.
