Held in an ancient cave, this grounding experience invites you to slow down, let go of tension, and deeply exhale. The Deep Exhale: Guided Wellness Experience in the Lava Cave Held inside the stunning 8,000 year old cave at Juniper Preserve, The Deep Exhale is a deeply grounding experience created to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels nourishing and calming. Bring your nervous system back into its natural balance. Over 90 minutes, you’ll be gently guided through grounding body-awareness practices, reflection, and an extended meditation accompanied by healing sound instruments designed to calm the nervous system and help you let go of the mental and emotional weight you’ve been carrying. At the center of the experience is a guided journey into the “womb of the earth” where you’ll be invited to soften, feel held, and reconnect with a deeper sense of safety, stillness, and inner calm. What to Bring • A journal and pen • Water • Yoga Mat • A sweater/ light jacket The cave stays around 50 degrees year-round. Large fire heaters and cozy blankets will be provided to keep the space warm and comfortable throughout the experience. Arrive to the Juniper Lodge Lobby at 5:30pm for transport to the cave.
