embark on a interactive and intimate experience to help you leave feeling lighter than ever. AN Interactive and Intimate experience. HELLOOOO YOU BEAUTIFUL SOULLL!!!! gosh im so glad you're here. let me tell you about this experience we're creating with MID-WEEK MEDITATION.. we're exploring TOGETHER the little voice in our head and how we can work WITH it so that it doesn't work us!! (if you're an overthinker this is 100% for you) we begin by creating the safe space to commune and meet like-minded souls, then enter into our INTERACTIVE speaking portion, and then ease our way into a lovely guided meditation paired with soundbowl healing to take you back to the soulful space inside. beginners encouraged!! (ages 18 and up) per our policy, refunds aren't guaranteed.
