Pretty Good Stories brings you stories you can sink into, this time with KARI KIERNAN and GINA STAHL-HAVEN. Please join us as we gather to experience these amazing storytellers. About our guests: Kari Kiernan: writer, storyteller and Bay Area native. She has worked in both nonprofit theatre and high school administration and holds a Masters Degree that she did not need and does not use. Over the past 20 years, she’s been on stage at Porchlight, the Throckmorton, The Vent, and Literary Death Match, among others. She is a returning performer at Naked Truth and Redwood Nights and now… Pretty Good Stories! You can see some of her past work at karikiernan.com. Gina Stahl-Haven: award-winning comedian and storyteller based in the Bay Area. Gina has been performing stand-up and improv for over 15 years and was the runner-up in the 2019 San Francisco International Comedy Competition—the highest finish by a woman since Ellen DeGeneres. You may recognize Gina from Season 17 of America's Got Talent, where she earned four yeses from the celebrity judges. Howie Mandel called her "wonderful" and "memorable." Festival appearances include World Series of Comedy, Boston Comedy Festival, San Francisco Improv Festival, and Hawaii Improv Festival. Gina has headlined comedy clubs across the country and is known for her smart, relatable storytelling and hilarious takes on motherhood, relationships, everyday life, and even navigating Costco.
