Sound Bath~ with Option to FLOAT in a hammock!

Immerse yourself in a transformative experience as you unwind and release tension throughout your entire body with the soothing frequencies. Step into serenity and join us for a Transformative Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath at Raga Yoga in Walnut Creek! Let the candle-lit atmosphere and soothing vibrations of crystal bowls wash over you, melting away stress and inviting deep relaxation. How does it work? The frequencies emitted from the bowls balance our brainwave states with binaural sound waves that guide us naturally into a Theta experience ( a brainwave state known for deep restorative whole body healing). Whether you’re seeking peace, rejuvenation, or a unique way to de-stress and unwind, this sound bath is for everyone. Reserve your spot, bring an open heart, and let the healing sounds guide you to a place of calm and balance. We can’t wait to share this magical experience with you! • Customize your experience when choosing your ticket: • Request a hammock and float in gentle comfort ( there are a limited number of hammocks so you have to reserve yours) • Or settle onto the floor with our cozy yoga mats, pillows, bolsters, and blankets. Bring your own mat and any favorite comfort items, or use our supplies—everything you need for a blissful journey is here. WEAR COZY CLOTHES💖 - and PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE RESERVING A HAMMOCK: ⛔WE DO NOT ALLOW JEANS OR ANYTHING WITH ZIPPERS/ ROUGH MATERIAL INSIDE THE HAMMOCK, AS IT TEARS THE FABRIC.
