What Your Finances, Beliefs and Money Habits Reveal About Your Relationships and What You Can Do About It YOUR MONEY STORY IMPACTS YOUR LOVE STORY! What Your Finances, Beliefs and Money Habits Reveal About Your Relationships and What You Can Do About It What does money have to do with love? More than you may think. The way you earn, spend, save, give, receive and protect your money can reveal fascinating things about the way you approach romantic relationships. Join Jeannine Kaiser Wolfe, America’s Dating Coach, Matchmaker and Author of Soulmate Quest: A Matchmaker’s Guide to Find True Love!, and Crystal Rigley Janis, Money Mindset Expert and Money Coach, for an interactive workshop exploring the surprising connection between your money story and your love story. Money does not simply affect what you can afford. Your beliefs about money can influence who you pursue, who intimidates you, what you tolerate, what you expect from a partner and even who you believe you deserve. THIS IS NOT YOUR TYPICAL MONEY OR DATING CLASS You will participate in thought-provoking exercises designed to help you uncover patterns you may not even realize you have. One of the highlights of the workshop is our interactive Money Game, where you'll discover how the way you give, receive, protect and risk money may mirror the way you give, receive, protect yourself and take risks in love. You may be surprised by what you discover. WE'LL EXPLORE: • How your childhood money story may still influence your relationships today • How money can become a shield for fear, insecurity and vulnerability • Why financial success and financial compatibility are not the same thing • How successful men and women can unknowingly use money, career or status when choosing partners • The difference between healthy relationship standards and protective strategies • How financial shame can affect whom you choose and what behavior you tolerate • Money, power and income differences in relationships • Financial red flags and green flags when dating • When to start talking about money in a new relationship • What you actually need in a life partner versus what you may have been conditioned to look for You'll also have an opportunity to examine your own relationship requirements and ask a powerful question: Is this something I truly need in a partner, or is it protecting me from something I fear? WHO SHOULD ATTEND? This workshop is designed for single adults, especially established professionals, divorced singles and people dating later in life who want to make healthier, more intentional choices in both love and money. Whether you're actively dating, thinking about dating again or simply want to better understand the patterns you bring into relationships, this workshop will give you a completely different way to look at love, money and compatibility. MEET YOUR PRESENTERS Jeannine Kaiser Wolfe America’s Dating Coach, Matchmaker and Author of Soulmate Quest: A Matchmaker’s Guide to Find True Love! Jeannine has spent decades helping singles understand what gets in the way of finding lasting love. As a professional Matchmaker and Relationship Coach, she helps people move beyond the dating checklist to recognize the qualities and compatibility that actually create successful long-term relationships. Crystal Rigley Janis Money Mindset Expert and Money Coach Crystal helps people understand the beliefs, emotions and behaviors behind their financial decisions. In this workshop, she'll help you uncover the money story you bring into relationships and how those beliefs may be influencing your choices in love. COME PREPARED TO PARTICIPATE This isn't a workshop where you'll simply sit and listen. Expect conversation, self-discovery, laughter and a few surprises. Please bring three bills of any denomination with you. We aren't going to tell you why just yet. Because your first decision about those three bills may tell you something very interesting about how you approach love. Your relationship with money doesn't stay in your bank account. It follows you into your relationships. And the person you choose may be one of the biggest emotional and financial decisions of your life. Money matters. But don't let money choose your mate.
