Following the Opening Plenary, there will be a Welcome Reception for all attendees and partners. On Thursday, November 5th, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, there will a MH/SU Clinical Track, ID/DD Clinical Track and an invite-only Executive Track throughout the day.
