Birmingham Open Mic Poetry

Join us Sunday, Nov. 8 for Poetry on the Patio! Our final open mic poetry event of the year with InToto Creative Arts at Highlands Clubhouse Hey guys! We have something special going on for the month of November. Our last month of the year of hosting open mic poetry, we are partnering with InToto Creative Arts organization. We are calling it “Poetry on the Patio”. On a brisk, fall afternoon, we will be hosting poetry on the back porch patio outside at the Clubhouse at Highlands on Sunday, Nov. 8th. We normally would host these on 4th Saturdays, but this is a rare, special occasion. The doors will open at 3:00, and the event will start from 3:30-5:30. If you plan on performing, please get there between 3:00-3:30 for sign up! Simultaneously, there will be live music on the front lawn from 3:00-7:00, as well as artwork and merchandise to shop from to support their year round healing arts programming. The event is FREE, but they are asking to donate if you can. There is NO charge for entry. There is a link that takes you directly to the organization’s site. (PLEASE SEE LINK BELOW FLYER.) You can sign up. If you plan on coming, please do just so they can get a head count, but it is not required for entry! Please share, share, share! We are going to close out the year with some fall time vibes on the porch = ) https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/cMxG9m4Uvf5DZ0lFSmun6Q?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio
