TechFest Alabama 2026

Alabama manufacturers, see robots, machine vision, and reliability demos and talk to technical experts. Bring your line problems. Join plant managers, engineers, and maintenance teams from across Alabama at TechFest Alabama 2026, a free hands-on industrial automation event hosted by Adams at Back Forty Beer Company in Birmingham. This is a day for manufacturers. Nine zones of running equipment, Adams application engineers standing next to every station, and manufacturer reps ready to answer the questions you’d normally spend weeks scheduling calls for. No slides. No presentations. Bring the problem you can’t quite solve. The part you can’t inspect. The line that keeps going down. There’s a good chance the fix is already on the floor. Why Attend TechFest • Test before you buy: Put your own part on a live vision system, sensor, or gripper and see if it solves the problem. Bring a sample if you have one. • Get answers in one day: Talk directly with experts from FANUC, Cognex, SICK, MAC Valves, Piab, IMI, PHD, Kollmorgen, Headwall, and more. • Work through real plant problems: Downtime, quality escapes, safety gaps, labor shortages. See how other Alabama plants are tackling them with automation. • See the full range: Robotics, machine vision (including hyperspectral), motion control, fluid power, safety, IO-Link and SCADA, automated lubrication, dust collection, and compressed air reduction. • Trade notes with peers: More than 200 manufacturing professionals registered last year. Find out what’s actually working on their lines. • Come when it works for you: Stop by anytime between 11:00 AM and 4:30 PM Central. Lunch is provided and parking is free.
