Join us for a morning of baked goods, excellent coffee, and engaging conversation as we discuss October’s book selection, The Gilda Stories, by Jewelle Gomez. We’ll meet at 9am for coffee and a brief meet and greet at Bayt Al Qahwah followed by our group discussion. Whether you’ve been reading along or joining us for your first BIPOC Sapphic book event, this is a welcoming opportunity to connect, share perspectives, and build community with fellow readers. \*This month, we ask that you come dressed as your favorite villain (not mandatory, but really fun).
