Cooking Class: Fall Harvest at the Village Classroom

You’ll get hands-on in the kitchen preparing the Pumpkin Crunch Parfaits, while Grace demonstrates how to make the Brie and Cheddar Apple Salad and Autumn Beef Stew. Throughout the class, you’ll sample each dish, gain confidence in the kitchen, and take home recipes and ideas to make your hosting effortless and delicious. All ages welcome! About the Instructor Grace Williams is a private chef with over a decade of experience in restaurants, catering, healthcare kitchens, and even Walt Disney World. She holds an associate’s degree in Culinary Arts, a bachelor’s in Food Service Management, and an MBA from Johnson & Wales University. Through her business, she shares her passion for home-cooked meals by teaching families practical, delicious recipes. Giving back family time is at the heart of what she does.
