Experience the timeless music of the Eagles, Joe Walsh, and Don Henley as DDH performs favorites like “Hotel California,” “Take It Easy,” “Desperado,” and more. A three course dinner is included with ticket purchase. Dinner includes: Appetizer: Charcuterie Selection of imported fine meats and cheeses. Served with fig jam, candied walnuts, and crostini. (Can be made GF) Salad: Heirloom Caprese Salad Heirloom tomatoes, fresh whole milk mozzarella, and pesto. Garnished with balsamic reduction and basil. (Vegetarian, GF) Entrée – CHOICE BETWEEN: Pancetta Chicken - Braised bone-in chicken breast with crispy pancetta and veal demi-glace. Served with duchess potatoes and lemon asparagus. (GF) Kona Brisket: Cracked pepper and coffee rubbed, slow roasted brisket accompanied by Yukon domino potatoes and braised baby carrot and fennel bulb. (GF) Ratatouille Burrata: Zucchini, squash, eggplant, and tomato arranged in a rich tomato sauce. Served with Burrata cheese and herb garnish.
