Calling all parents! Join us for a FREE 1 hour Self-Defense Workshop with your kiddos. Build confidence, awareness and have fun doing it! Join us for a fun and practical self-defense workshop that you can do with your kids! This workshop is designed to help kids and parents work together to learn practical self-defense techniques in a fun and safe environment. Work together to build life-long skills and create a strong foundation to be able to defend yourself if and when the time comes. Come prepared for a good workout, and ready to make some fun memories! No experience necessary. All levels welcome. • Build Confidence • Learn a New Skill • Find Community • Break a Sweat Be sure to register ahead of time as spots are limited. Bring comfortable workout clothes, and water for you and your kiddos. We look forward to seeing you there!
