Hear ye, hear ye, Palomino gals… Join The Palomino Society for a women-only outing to the Idaho Renaissance Faire! We’ll begin the day with a ladies only brunch and mimosas at The Griddle in Meridian before making our way to the faire, where we’ll don our finest garb, wander the village and partake in mead and merriment. Come ready for an afternoon of old-world magic, new friendships and plenty of reasons to raise a goblet. ⚔️🍻 Event Details 📅 October 10th🕰️ 11:30 AM–1:30 PM — Brunch and mimosas @ The Griddle🕰️ 1:00 PM onward — Idaho Renaissance Faire📍6054 W Cherry Ln, Meridian, ID, USA The exact brunch location, reservation details, meeting instructions and plans for entering the faire will be sent to confirmed guests before the event. What to Expect ♡ Brunch and mimosas with your fellow Palomino gals♡ A group outing to the Idaho Renaissance Faire (bring your people!)♡ Time to wander the "village" and explore the festivities♡ Mead, merriment and plenty of photo opportunities♡ A playful autumn afternoon with women from across the Treasure Valley Dress Inspiration Renaissance-inspired garb is highly encouraged, but never required. Think flowing skirts, corsets, puffed sleeves, lace-up bodices, capes, leather belts and romantic layers. Come dressed as a maiden, noblewoman, princess, fairy, tavern keeper or your own imagined Renaissance character—or keep it simple with a flowy dress, boots and a touch of old-world charm. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are strongly encouraged, as we may be walking and standing on grass, dirt or uneven ground throughout the faire. Please dress for the weather and bring an extra layer if you plan to stay into the evening. A Few Details Before You Join Us This gathering is intended for women ages 18 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Our brunch will be ladies only, but for the faire, bring your people! Your family, friends, significant others, whoever you’d like! RSVP is required so we can reserve an accurate number of seats for brunch and coordinate our group’s arrival at the faire. Please reserve your place only if you genuinely plan to attend. Guests may choose to remain at the faire after our group activities conclude and partake in the festivities until dusk. Please arrive on time. Guests who arrive late may need to meet the group directly at the faire. Food, beverages, faire admission (ages 8 and under free/Adult tickets are $15 at the gates) , merchandise and other personal purchases are the responsibility of each guest unless otherwise stated. This is an outdoor event and may take place on grass, dirt or other natural, potentially uneven surfaces. Plans may be adjusted if weather, venue operations or faire conditions require it. Event Terms By registering for and/or attending this event, you agree to the following: Age Requirement: This gathering is for women ages 18 and older. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Guests must be at least 21 years old and present valid identification to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages. Personal Purchases: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each attendee is responsible for purchasing her own brunch, beverages, Idaho Renaissance Faire admission, merchandise and any other personal expenses. Alcohol Consumption: Guests who choose to consume alcohol are responsible for doing so legally and responsibly. The Palomino Society does not provide transportation and strongly encourages guests to arrange a designated driver or alternative transportation when needed. Venue Rules: All attendees must follow the policies and instructions of the restaurant, Idaho Renaissance Faire, vendors, staff and event organizers. Each venue reserves the right to refuse service or admission in accordance with its policies. Outdoor Conditions: The faire may include grass, dirt, mud, crowds, uneven terrain and changing weather conditions. Guests are responsible for wearing appropriate clothing and footwear and participating within their own comfort level. Schedule Changes: Meeting locations, timing or group plans may be adjusted due to weather, venue operations, faire policies or other circumstances outside The Palomino Society’s control. Registered guests will be notified of material changes as soon as possible. Personal Belongings: The Palomino Society is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Photography & Media Release: Attendees grant permission for The Palomino Society to photograph and/or record the event and use those images or videos for promotional and marketing purposes. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: By attending, guests voluntarily accept the ordinary risks associated with travel, outdoor events, crowds, alcohol consumption and participation in public activities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Palomino Society, its owners, hosts, partners, participating venues and vendors shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, loss, theft, property damage or other incidents occurring before, during or after the gathering. Cancellation Policy: If you can no longer attend, please cancel your RSVP as soon as possible so we can maintain an accurate brunch reservation and offer your place to another Palomino gal.
