The 60 minute evening will begin with a guided relaxation meditation and a beautifully nourishing sound bath with crystal singing bowls, chimes, rattles and ocean drum to name but a few of the stunning instruments in your journey. Yoga mats, bolsters and blankets are ALL included. (feel free to bring a pillow and anything else that will make you feel amazing) Class is Nonrefundable
