Chef Dinner: From Farm to Table

Chef-led dining experience featuring local ingredients, storytelling, curated courses, and optional cocktail pairings. Join us at Terra for a four-course chef-led dinner in our private dining room, where guests gather around a communal table for an evening of exceptional food and culinary discovery. Throughout the evening, our chefs will present each course in its raw, seasonal form, highlighting the local ingredients, artisan products, and premium dry-aged meats that define the menu. Guests will learn where each ingredient comes from, why it was selected, and what makes it unique. Each course is then transformed into a curated tasting menu, with dishes served and explained by the chefs, sharing the inspiration and techniques behind every plate. A key moment of the evening is the third course, where guests will choose from a selection of premium meats, introduced and prepared by the kitchen. Optional wine pairing is available to complement each course. CANCELLATION POLICY Full payment is required at the time of booking, and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for classes or events. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel any class due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather. If that happens, we will contact you using the email or phone number you provided and offer either a full refund or a credit for a future class. Please note that we cannot offer credits, transfers, or refunds for last-minute illnesses, work conflicts, personal emergencies, or other situations beyond your control. However, you are welcome to send someone in your place if you can no longer attend. If you're purchasing this class or event as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware of this policy, as it still applies. Credits issued for La Scuola events can only be used toward future La Scuola events and cannot be applied toward other Eataly events, store purchases, or Eataly gift cards.
