France vs. USA: A Premiere Wine & Cheese Showdown—$150

Two countries, two traditions, one unforgettable tasting — let the rivalry begin. When it comes to wine, France is a global titan. Home to some of the world's greatest cuisine and wines, it's hard to challenge its rightful place atop the culinary throne...but not impossible. The USA is more than ready to take on the challenge! With a world-class wine culture and some of the most exciting producers in the industry, the Stars & Stripes are gunning for the crown, and you're invited. At this seated, premier event, you'll be treated to round after round of amazing French wines, pitted against their American counterparts. You'll sip and learn all about what makes these so special, then vote for your favorites. There's a catch, however - you won't know which is which until after you've cast your ballot. Each round will feature an array of cheeses, charcuterie, and prepared regional specialties that showcase why each region is so special. It's sure to be an evening of dining, drinking, and robust competition. Celebrate the United States' 250th anniversary in the tastiest way possible. It's Bordeaux versus Napa Valley! Bruce Springsteen versus French technopop! The Red, White and Blue versus...the Red, White, and Blue! To fully participate in the class: 1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as wine, cheese and accompaniments for one. 2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!). 3. This event is for 21+. Our staff ill check IDs at the door. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to [email protected] when you make your reservation if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions. Our classroom coordinator will help you to determine if the class can be modified to accomodate your needs. The health and safety of our guests is a priority for us. CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
