The Wheel is the embodied framework developed by Betty Martin. It’s a powerful tool to improve the quality of relating. This workshop is a chance to bring curiosity to your desires, sensing into the quiet wisdom of your body and communicating from that awareness. From this place of attunement, there is an invitation to experience what clear agreements with others can look and feel like. You will be invited to move slowly as together we create a container where it is safe for your authentic experience to emerge.
