Make-n-Take: Horticultural Spell Jars at Mahoney's Winchester

Join us for a workshop with practicing green witch Melissa to create "horticultural spell jars" that bring magic to your space! As we near the end of October, it's the perfect time to slow down, set new intentions, and bring a little nature-inspired magic into your home. Join Melissa, our resident practicing green witch, for one of our most popular workshops as she shares how plants have been used to symbolize healing, protection, abundance, focus, and more. Together, you'll create a one-of-a-kind horticultural spell jar, designed to reflect the energy you'd like to invite into your life. Melissa will guide you through selecting meaningful plants and explain the symbolism behind each one, helping you craft a project that's both beautiful and deeply personal. This special edition class will take place during the day of the Full Hunter's Moon and will include a Grounding Ceremony in our beautiful front garden for all who wish to participate! The Hunter's Moon asks us to gather our inner strength, assess what’s no longer needed, and prepare for the introspective months ahead. If you’re interested in learning more about the inspiration behind the workshop, click here to read Melissa’s blog on the power of plants.
