Mass Meditation Gathering

An hour of peace and meditation on Boston Common. Most of us practice within our own tradition, the same teacher, the same room, the same lineage. Rarely do we sit alongside practitioners from other paths, even though we're often reaching for the same stillness. This gathering is an experiment in doing that: bringing Transcendental Meditation, Zen Buddhism, Art of Living, The Sadhguru Center (Harvard), Brahma Kumaris and more into one shared hour, side by side rather than separate. We'll begin together with a 30-minute guided group meditation, open to everyone, no experience required. Then we'll break into small circles, each led by a teacher from one of these lineages, so you can go deeper into a practice you may never have encountered otherwise.
