Mental Health Storytelling Night + Dessert Potluck: World Mental Health Day

A night of inspiration, dessert and storytelling in honor of World Mental Health Day. Listen to featured speakers followed by an open mic. In honor of World Mental Health Day, join Bake it Till You Make it for an open mic night(with some featured speakers) and dessert potluck! Join us for an opportunity to share and swap stories as well as delicious baked goods from the community. We will begin with time to mingle and hear from some mental health advocates in the community. We will then open up the floor to anyone who wants to share their story in any capacity (poetry, music, narrative etc). Please bring a dessert to share for our potluck as well as a recipe card to share ingredients with attendees to ensure all allergie information is shared. The event is free with a suggested $10 donation if you are able to contribute to the cost of hosting the event. Parking is difficult in the area so please consider Spothero, Public Transporation or leave extra time to find a spot!
