We’re so excited to officially introduce Mommy Mid-Day Reset! Our very first Moms-Only event is happening at @thepointbarreandyoga — a welcoming studio owned by two local moms, offering barre, yoga, Pilates, and strength-based classes in a supportive community. 45-minute Pilates class with @practicewithtiff Iced coffee + espresso martinis Light bites + time to connect Come in your favorite black workout set!
