Before the day gets busy, give yourself a little time to pause. Join us at the cozy JPH Cottage for a peaceful morning of rest, relaxation, and renewal, perfectly timed between school drop-off and pickup. Drop the kids off, come to JPH, and let us take care of the rest. From 10:00–11:30 AM, you’ll be welcomed into the cottage by our skilled practiioners before settling into a restorative Yoga Nidra meditation. Wrapped in a cozy blanket, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation while experiencing gentle hands-on Reiki. Afterward, enjoy a snack a hot cup of tea and a little unstructured time. Sit quietly with your tea, wander the peaceful JPH property, or simply stay cozy and enjoy the stillness. No errands. No rushing. No one asking anything of you. Just 90 minutes to breathe, reset, and reconnect with yourself. Come on your own for some much-needed quiet time, or gather a few friends and make it a special morning together.
