Build Your Own Roll: Sushi Workshop Roll up your sleeves and discover the art of sushi! 🍣 Think sushi is best left to the professionals? Think again! In this fun, hands-on cooking experience, you'll learn the techniques behind creating beautiful, delicious sushi rolls from scratch—and have plenty of fun along the way. Our chef will guide you through the essentials of sushi-making, including how to prepare perfectly seasoned sushi rice, work with nori and fresh ingredients, and master the art of spreading, layering, tucking, and rolling. You'll also learn helpful tips for selecting quality sushi ingredients and creating the perfect combinations of flavors and textures. Then it's time to roll! You'll make three delicious sushi rolls from scratch: a classic California Roll, Spicy Tuna Roll, and a fresh Vegetable Roll. From your first roll to your last, you'll build confidence with each step and learn techniques you can easily recreate at home. Once your rolls are ready, you'll slice, plate, garnish, and—most importantly—enjoy your creations alongside your fellow sushi lovers. Whether you're a longtime sushi fan or completely new to the craft, this class is all about good food, new skills, and having fun in the kitchen. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. To ensure the safety and enriching experience of all participants, we require children aged 14 to 17 to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during our cooking classes. Classes are intended for adults 18+. Outside drinks are not permitted. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price; however, guests 21+ may purchase beverages from the venue.
