Join us for an earthy, intentional gathering to honor the turning of the wheel and the wisdom of autumn. We’ll begin with a grounding yoga practice designed to move through the body, connect with the breath, and create space for release. A practice of shedding old stories, expectations, patterns, and anything that no longer serves. Then, we’ll gather at the river for a water dip - a wild, elemental ritual of letting go and beginning again. You don't need to be experienced in yoga or cold plunging. You simply need to come as you are, with a willingness to slow down and meet yourself in the moment. Bring your mat, towel, warm layers, and anything that helps you feel cozy afterward. All genders and walks of life welcomed. This gathering is donation based. Give what feels accessible and meaningful to you. Come release. Come reconnect.
