Medicine Horse Happy Hour at the Ranch

Join Medicine Horse and our new partner Lexicon Lens for an evening on our 30-acre ranch in Longmont, with drinks, light bites, and a firsthand look at how working with horses builds stronger, more connected teams. This is a casual gathering, not a pitch. Come meet the horses, the Medicine Horse team, and a small group of Front Range leaders, founders, executives, HR and people-team professionals, and anyone who shapes how their teams work and grow. We will share a short, hands-on taste of the program that companies use for offsites, manager development, and team resets, then leave plenty of room to connect as the sun drops behind the foothills. We start at 4:00, so you are heading home before rush hour. What to expect: Drinks and appetizers at the ranch A short, ground-based experience with the horses (no riding, and no horse experience needed) Real conversation with other leaders, founders, and people-team professionals A clear sense of whether this is worth bringing to your own team Come as you are, wear closed-toe shoes for the barn, and stay as long or as little as you like. About Medicine Horse: For 25 years, we have used the honest, nonjudgmental feedback of horses to help people grow. Every corporate engagement directly funds free mental health programs for veterans, youth, first responders, and others in our community, so investing in your team invests in Colorado too. Why Lexicon Lens is part of this evening: The horses are honest. In a couple of hours they show a team exactly how it communicates, regulates, and connects. The harder part is carrying that back to the office and making it stick. That is why we have teamed up with our friends at Lexicon Lens. They bring the organizational lens leaders need when performance has to move now, a complex project heading into kickoff, a roadblock stalling the team, board or C-suite goals that cannot wait, or a new leader stepping in. Using a neuroscience-based approach, they work with leaders so the learning is fully integrated and the team keeps operating differently long after the event ends. Together, we turn a powerful experience with the horses into concrete actions and lasting change. Come feel the atmosphere, meet both teams, and see how it works. Space is intentionally small, and registration is subject to approval so we can keep the group right.
