Permission to Dream

Permission to Dream is your invitation to step away from the noise, reconnect with yourself, and make space for what’s possible next. Join Us for Permission to Dream! What if you gave yourself permission to dream again? Permission to Dream: A Back to You Retreat is a restorative one-day experience created for women who are ready to pause, reconnect with themselves, and make space for what comes next. Throughout the day, you’ll experience uplifting speakers, guided reflection, creative activities, meaningful conversation, wellness experiences, and a restorative sound bath, all designed to help you slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with hope, possibility, and your own voice. Whether you’re navigating a new chapter, rebuilding after a difficult season, craving clarity, or simply realizing you’ve put yourself on the back burner for too long, this day is for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a little space to imagine again. Come as you are. Leave feeling more grounded, more connected, and reminded that your story is still unfolding. You are worthy of rest. You are worthy of hope. And you are worthy of dreaming again.
