Each show features two outstanding artists or bands—often pairing nationally touring acts with some of the best local talent from Colorado's Front Range and beyond. Teresa Storch Band With Teresa Storch Band, you first feel a solid, rhythmic energy: the pulse of a meditative ballad or the infectious groove of a jam-rock tune. Next, you notice catchy, guitar-laden melodies. Digging deeper you find lyrics tugging at your heart and soul. This is what happens when a singer/songwriter rooted in Boston subways (Storch) creates music with a guitarist from the New Jersey jam scene (Peter Lacis). Teresa Storch Band released their debut album ‘OPEN YOUR HEART‘ to critical acclam in April 2024. The band includes bassist Chad Mathis and drummer Chris Wright (both in Antonio Lopez Band). In 2020 the four, plus drummer Travis Moberg (The Tiberian Sons), began recording a full-length album with producer Tony Dickinson, who tours with the rock-arena show Trans-Siberian Orchestra as well as The Tiberian Sons. The band grew organically from the meeting of (now husband and wife) Teresa Storch and Peter Lacis. Storch’s soulful voice and lyrics, combined with Lacis’ soaring and complex guitar arrangements, create an original, genre-pushing rock sound with jam and roots origins. Anna's music honors the nomadic spirit with memory, meditation & fresh interpretations of folk music and jazz influence. She honors a hope to enhance connection, humility, healing, and joy among people in the process of parting with typical genre rules.
