My favorite is Gaou Africa. My maman was the one who taught me to cook when I was very small. I went to work with my brothers to a farm along a riverbank. Fruits and vegetables were grown there. I wanted to be in the culinary class at Sanctuary Kitchen because I wanted to increase my culinary arts experience in order to be able to enjoy it more!I also like that Sanctuary Kitchen offers great opportunities for finding work. I have gotten lots of experience in the culinary arts from Sanctuary Kitchen. I am so happy that I can have my diploma when the need arises.
