WestRep Stage at WCSU presents "Barbecue", April 30 - May 9, 2027 Barbecue by Robert O'Hara Director: Donna Baldwin-Bradby Presented in the MainStage Theatre at the Visual and Performing Arts Center at WCSU, April 30 - May 9 Click here to learn more about the production and to select other performance dates/times. About the Show The O’Mallerys have gathered in their local park to share some barbecue and straight talk with their sister Barbara, whose spiral of drugs and recklessness has forced her siblings to stage an open-air intervention. But the event becomes raucous and unpredictable as familial stereotypes collide with hard realities, and racial politics slam up against the stories we tell—and maybe even believe—about who we were and who we’ve become. WCSU student tickets are $10.00 and are available for purchase at the VPAC box office. No refunds are permitted; all sales are final. Please note that tickets are subject to a higher price at the box office. The venue recommends purchasing your tickets in advance on wcsuvpac.eventbrite.com.
