Fascial Release Classes for Self Healing

Introductory fascial release classes designed to promote self-healing and emotional well-being. No experience needed. Simple, slow movements. Learn about fascia's connection to healing, release stress, and rewire emotional patterns in a supportive environment. Every class builds on the one before it, but you can join whenever you're ready to learn movements for every part of the body, and to create a daily home practice. "After one session the thick and stiff feeling that had plagued my body was lifted and I felt lighter and was able to move more easily." -Jim S
