We’ll hike the wooded trails, stopping at different points along the way for yoga, breathwork and time to take in the surroundings. We’ll keep the hiking at a comfortable pace, but this is a natural woodland trail, so expect some uneven, rocky or muddy terrain and small stream crossings. Mini yoga mats are provided and carried with you along the hike. Wear comfortable clothes and sturdy walking or hiking shoes, and bring water.
