Full description from organizerShow less
You were never meant to run on empty. If you've been giving from a cup that's been empty for months, this is your invitation to stop, lie down, and let sound guide you into relaxation. On Sunday, November 8th at 5:00 PM, we open The Rest Series, a soundbath series for the burnt out, the over-giving, and the ones who forgot what rest feels like. This first gathering is part soundbath, part workshop. We'll release what's been sitting heavy in the body, then gently look at how burnout took root, so you leave with more than a good nap. You leave with a way back to yourself. What to bring: a blanket, a pillow, an open mind, and an open heart. 🤍 Come as you are. Tired is welcome here.
