Workshop: EcoGIS in the Field (4–6pm)Students and teachers use GIS tools together to map heat exposure, air quality, and polluting infrastructure across NYC. Educators leave with a method they can bring into their own classrooms. Intergenerational Conversation: What Does the Data Feel Like? (6–7pm)Youth, educators, organizers, and allies talk through what the maps show. How do you hold climate grief and still act on it? How do you stay hopeful without lying to yourself?Co-hosted by The Marcy Lab School, trubel&co, and Rooted Futures Lab.
